Train for a Marathon, Half Marathon, 15K, 10K or a 5K.

Jen has trained over 400 participants to successfully complete marathons, half marathons, 15K’s, 10K’s and 5K’s.  She has completed 13 Half Marathons, 20 Marathons, 1 Ultra Marathon and a Triathlon, plus numerous other races.  Jen is a RRCA certified run coach, Jack Daniels certified run coach and a member of Marathon Maniacs and the 50 States Club.

You do not need to be an experienced runner.


All you need is the desire to run your first, or next, race.  You do not need to be fast and you do not need to run the entire distance.

Each person will receive a personalized training schedule based on goals and abilities.  Participants will receive weekly emails and all the support you need.

Once a training distance is chosen payment can be made below.  Participants will be contacted via email with a questionnaire.  A training schedule will be created based on the participants goals.
